Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

I didn't think the little bit we saw was a dump. That town square where the cathedral is looks pretty impressive. Obviously not all the town centre streets look nice but then every town centre has its grotty streets. Didn't venture out of the hotel much at nights though. Crossed the road on Saturday evening to look at the menu in another place and sptted a big wad of tissue covered in blood and loads of blood on the pavement around it. Decided to head back after that!
Cooking course was great though.
