    Oh cr4p.

Do I go for the repeat of Pillars of the Earth on C4+1, or Bernard Cribbins reading poetry on BBC1 ???

Sounds an excellent series, but I always forget to watch it. I'll have to wait for the DVD now.

The Garrow's Law series 2 DVD isn't out until early next year.

I don't know what it is, particularly considering that the Ridley brothers are involved, but this doesn't quite do it for me. Nowhere near as goods as Deadwood, or Rome for that matter.

Isn't it already out on DVD? The Pillars of the Earth [DVD]: Amazon.co.uk: Ian McShane, Matthew Macfadyen, Eddie Redmayne, Hayley Atwell, Donald Sutherland, David Oakes, Skye Bennett, Sergio Mimica-Gezzan, Ken Follett, John Pielmeier: DVD
McCoy: "Medical men are trained in logic."
Spock: "Trained? Judging from you, I would have guessed it was trial and error."

              suprisingly free of profanity

Must say the cast selection is beginning to grate somewhat with Eddie Redmayne playing chief bedwetter Jack

David Bark -Jones over-acting the role of Fransis (and a bit of a bedwetter too)

Mind you Hayley Atwell almost got her norks out ... and a very fine pair they promised to be too

Matthew Macfadyen as the Prior needs to die very soon

So I suggest we sponsor CUK members as their replacements

Ian McShane ... Waleran / I think Zeighost would suit

Matthew Macfadyen ... Prior Philip /Nick Fitz

Eddie Redmayne ... Jack Jackson /SuitYou01

              Hayley Atwell ... Aliena /?

Sarah Parish ... Regan Hamleigh /?

              Natalia Wörner ... Ellen /?

              David Oakes ... William Hamleigh

Anatole Taubman ... Remigius / sasguru
              Sam Claflin ... Richard /?

Tony Curran ... King Stephen /?

              Liam Garrigan ... Alfred /?

              Götz Otto ... Walter /?

Rufus Sewell ... Tom Builder /?

              David Bark-Jones ... Francis / Wilmslow

Jody Halse ... Johnny Eightpence /?

              Alison Pill ... Maud /?

              Heap of woolsack /shaunbhoy
