Having worked near St Pauls earlier this year comments like:
The words "St. Paul's, Bristol" immediately caught my attention; Mr Pemberton had obviously had enough. Did he ever receive any help or advice about his problem? I doubt it. Instead he was surrounded by a group reminiscent of the mob from Black Hawk Down. Hopefully he is left alone by his "neighbours" and allowed to live his life in peace, somehow I doubt that is the case.

Yeah, but not so long ago you'd be lucky to escape alive after walking through St Pauls, especially if you were a policeman. That guy rammed into someone and lived to tell the tale, and only got a relatively small fine for doing so. His age probably helped.
