I woke up this morning to find that my ankle/heel was sore when I moved my foot, it seems ok when I am walking just very painful when I get up at first or rotate it. I don't know why, I don't run or anything, weird, anyone else had that?

GoutRule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
I preferred version 1!Comment
