I'm in the dog house - Forgot two birthdays

My twin sisters and my niece.

I wonder if there's a web service one can get to email urgent reminders of birthdays and such like, and VAT quarters ending, or a decent Windows pop-up.

I know Moonpig and Interflora offer a reminder service. I don't think you are obliged to buy their products.

A bunch of flowers and a grovelling apology should get you off the hook this time.

Thats what a wife is for.

I've also thought about a reminder service but also as the retailer. Sign up, synchronise and we'll do all the hard work for you!

Isn't your twin sister's birthday also your birthday?
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

            A PDA is cheaper than a wife/hubby.

It would be a good idea if small retailers (with different specialisms) banded together to form an integrated reminder service. I think people tend to prefer independant retailers (at least, those with money do) and you could offer suggestions for 'different' gift ideas? Sending AtW a reminder that he needs to buy a sofa in 10 years time probably wouldn't work out for you.

I reckon the way to go is to provide a shopping site where you do it all up front - so spend one afternoon a year choosing all the pressies, then the retailer sends them out for the right day.

WZS PDA or smart phone, put all relevant dates in and programme the reminders (though that hasn't stopped me from dismissing said reminders and forgetting to send stuff to family in Ireland

Stick them all in your phone as meetings/reminders. Phones have had this functionality about a decade. Outlook and so on do it too of course.

If ATW has bought from DfS the I'd better set the reminder for 12 months!
