    10 point manifesto

Okay, what would be the 10 things you would put in place if you were prime minister with a massive majority?

    Here's mine.

    1. Ditch the human rights crap. You have to earn any rights as a good citizen.
    2. Outsource all prisons to the cheapest and worst 3rd world countries in the world. Then harsh and long prison sentences for criminals involving violence.
    3. No university fees for practical, technical and useful courses.
    4. Simple tax system with a large tax free allowance.
    5. Tax breaks for IT, alternative fuels, telecoms, science, medical, research companies.
    6. No fecking IR35 or S660 or any of that other tulip.
    7. No road tax or congestion charging for low emission small cars.
    8. Empower the individual. Low taxes, but people must be responsible for their own and their families welfare. Spent it down the pub? Tough tulip, die.
    9. Stop all immigration. Britain is FULL. Feck off!
    10. Remove all the bollox red tape that is killing Britain since the New Lie took over.

I'm not sure about the first three, but thinking about the problems we face today, the rest look attractive.

You should have tax breaks for long-term saving as well, which would start by undoing Brown's tax grabs on pensions and ISAs. You need a carrot to go with your stick, AKA "Spent it down the pub? Then die!"

      1. Arrest all Labour Party members under the new Anti-terrorist laws
      2. If uk is really serious about no smoking remove taxation on all products used to help combat smoking
      3. Don't penanlise women who stayed at home to look after their children by withdrawing most of their pension rights when they retire
      4. Make all criminals pay for the true cost of an investigation/court case and any damage they caused.
      5. Outlaw political correctness
      6. Ban positive discrimination if ever it is positive
      7. agree simplify the tax system
      8. toughen up law on mis-selling
      9. Ban door to door salesmen and cold calling of any type on private houses
      10. Make social housing available only to those who need/deserve it, there are too many people in social housing that can now afford there own houses since they moved in.

        There should be two laws:

        1/Stop governments from banning anything
        2. If something needs banning see rule 1
Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyone

LOL! That's just what I wanted to say. How about a bit of freedom instead of just a different set of restrictions and a different set of tyrants?

            Abolish capitalism

            By default

            No worries about taxation
            No worries about war
            No worries about crime
No worries about being between contracts
            No worries about economic downturns
            No worries about property prices
            Recruiters out of business
            Businesses out of business
            Contractors out of business

Everyone happy fulfilled and living together in harmony and peace spending each day as they wish in a creative and fulfilling way to ensure all our needs are met.

              Stop racketeering, abolish HMRC!

              Abolish income tax

No worries about taxation, and no IR35
No worries about war (HMG won't be able to afford it without us approving the cost)
huge increase in saving and investment (if you don't spend what you earn then it doesn't get taxed)
reduction in consumption (only spending will be taxed)
reduction in government (everybody can see every time they spend, how much government costs: you can't just vote to tax other people to pay for it)

                1. Remove all political influence from the civil service and in particular the Police and Judiciary.

                2. Give the entire NHS and education budgets to the hospitals and the schools, colleges and universities. For those functions that are best handled centrally such as procurement and research , the hospitals collectively appoint the required service organisation., whether that service is public or private. The point being the hospitals and schools become boss not the other way round.

                3. Ditch IR35, S660 and employers national insurance. Integrate individual national insurance into main personal taxation.

                4. Reign in many of the new powers given to Customs & Excise & Inland Revenue.

                5. No intrusions into private life without a court order.

                6. Re instate proper controls on immigration.

                7. Discourage faith schools.

                8. Scrap the Tax credits abortion. Replace with decent tax free pay levels.

                9. Introduce massive tax breaks for businesses directly working in manufacturing.
                Legislate if necessary.

                10. Re introduce corporal punishment.

                    1. Ditch the Human Rights Act
                    2. Reduce Inheritance Tax
                    3. Reduce tax on earnings. National Insurance should be invested in actual funds so it will grow. Hospitals would then make claims against this for treatment. It will be topped up by Government for the long term sick or those for which Private Health would not provide. Net effect is still that treatment is 'free' at the point of delivery. Trusts would then have an income related to the number they actually treat.
                    4. Introduce a Statatory definition of employment leading to the abolishment of IR35
                    5. Move taxation from savings to consumption. You should be taxed less for saving money than spending it. (or for that matter earning it )
                    6. Ban Political Appointees from controlling civil servents
                    7. Abolish or reduce reliance upon secondary legislation
                    8. Abolish the RIP Act and Civil Contingency Bill
                    9. Work to the gradual Removal of legal decisions from Ministers to Judges
                    10. Work to remove patronage from appointees to the Upper House. I would not however be in favour of voting to the upper house and appointments should be for life

There is a lot more than 10 I could think of but then Labour have had 8 years to feck everything up!
