    Took them long enough.

And then only releasing the description of the suspect after abuse from the tabloids...
Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.
threadeds website, and here's my blog.

          Double Standards

Is it me or when a police officer gets shot it is front page news for at least a week. But when Joe Bloggs gets capped in the street he may hit page 6. This took place in Nottingham the gun crime capital of britain. Of course the police are at risk, that's why they give them body armour.

Over the last two years more people were killed in High Wycombe than Nottingham.
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Thank you Bagpuss, mind you if there's an area in HW that's as rough as the Meadows, I'd probably live in Marlow....

Used to live in Marlow in 1993. Seemed like a nice place then - but I suppose everywhere's gone to bollux by now.

You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.
