        Woke up expecting to see a blanket of snow but just some rain at the moment. AccuWeather says snow in the afternoon the BBC predicting sunny intervals

          I'm half tempted to read this part fictionalised account of Fitzroy and Darwin. It's a massive book though I gather.

                On the basis of this thread I have decided not to go into work today and go and get the car fixed in case of bad weather.

                If it doesn't snow today the OP owes me £500 for loss of earnings.
