    New Years Resolutions

    So, what will yours be?

Earn more money than 2010, should be a piece of cake!
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

I resolve not to make any resolutions. A resolution that's broken as soon as it's made, thereby getting the whole sorry business out the way early on and clearing the way for guilt-free drunkeness and gluttony throughout January and beyond.

They're not resolutions since they never work, but I aim to exercise more and drink less. Also to read more and be productive on the plan B (and C).

Then again, I've been aiming to do that since last year. Not been hugely fruitful so far

Sounds like you should resolve to recycle more - starting with last year's resolutions.

To throw a shoe at the TV each time someone says "fair share of tax"

(How much are new TVs these days BTW?)

Oh and, as always, to carry on smoking.

I should resolve to be more resolute with my resolutions, more like.

I plan not to post on CUK for the whole of 2011.
