    Yipeee. Target weight.

    Last year at the start of January I was well over 17 stone.

                  Strategy please?

                  I could do with losing a fair bit.

                  If only I wasn't a contractor and couldn't afford all the nice restaurants, and take aways etc I'd be fine.

                  Did you follow some fixed plan or just common sense?
                  Never has a man been heard to say on his death bed that he wishes he'd spent more time in the office.
