    Unemployment shot up by 49,000 in the quarter to November to reach 2.5m, official figures show.

    World needs $100 trillion more credit, says World Economic Forum - Telegraph

    The world's expected economic growth will have to be supported by an extra $100 trillion (£63 trillion) in credit over the next decade, according to the World Economic Forum.



    So, no jobs and the only way to survive is to print another $100 trillion.

        It's worse than that.

        Jobcentre Plus call centre staff set to strike

        Thousands of workers at Jobcentre Plus call centres are due to strike in a row over working conditions. The union claimed workers were being excessively monitored.

        On Wednesday, it emerged that the number of Jobseeker's Allowance claimants was falling despite a rise in unemployment. The PCS claimed this was proof that a backlog of claims was mounting up.
