    Caffeine Sensitivity

Anyone else have a low tolerance to caffeine?

I have had two cups of tea this morning and I am not far of bursting into some body poppin' at my desk, got the wah wahs.

Think I will go and do some star jumps in the corridor.

I have a low caffeine tolerance. If I drank a cup of coffee at this time of the morning I'd feel crap all day and wouldn't sleep tonight.

Sprite normally does it for me.

It's a serious issue. I was taken off caffeine about three months ago by a consultant neurologist due to chronic migraines. It has made perhaps 80% of a difference. When you first eliminate caffeine from your diet, you do get withdrawal symptoms.

I can have loads of caffeine and it doesn't seem to have any issues with me.

                already had 3 this morning

Double espresso in the morning - seems fine.

Can't drink filtered coffee before I go to bed though, keeps me awake. Normally prefer a Laphroaig.

Heck yes. I rarely have coffee or tea, but if I have a caffeinated fizzy drink any later than 6pm I'm guaranteed awake till 2am.
