Company Pension Scheme

I am currently making personal payments into a SIPP which helps to raise the amount of dividends I can take out each financial year and puts money away for my grey years.

Does anybody have experience of making payments from a Ltd company to a company pension scheme on behalf of an employee and what are the benefits of following this route?

I set up the SIPP individually through Hargreaves-Landsdown. How would I go about setting up a company pension scheme?
