Click 'Settings' next to the Log Out button. Dunno why rep is a setting.

Then, to see the outcome of all those +ve reps, find yourself here:

Member List - Contractor UK Bulletin Board - sorted by decreasing rep

      or, if less personable, here:

There should be a list of the last few reps you've received and the comments people left with them.

            thanks Bunk,

well there is a list of four or five posts

some are green some are read

if red means people don't like my posts then I'm more a little perterbed because I thought this post especially was a good one and very topical....

and it got a red mark

and, how can I give someone else some reputation ?

I shall be diligently checking to see who has been giving me bad reps and shall reciprocate the favour to the power of 3

Allowing anonymous repping is no better than allowing anonymous posting (remember CC.NET?).

As an afterthought, what's to stop users artificially increasing their +ve rep' by using their sockies?

Red is negative, green is positive. People can leave comments, or not. You don't currently know who your reps are from.

Click on the star in the bottom left under someone's name against a post.

The reps are anonymous so you won't be able to tell.
