Boomed! Wandsworth is now a prime property location

...as usual I anticipated this trend and now am sitting pretty.

    SG in <<smug>> mode.

Priced out by foreigners, bankers are on the move | City A.M.

    "WANDSWORTH, LONDON
This once unassuming district of London has morphed into a property hotspot, luring well-heeled professionals south of the river with the promise of sturdy, red brick period properties, chichi boutiques and the lowest council tax in the country. Central London is on the doorstep, with trains from Wandsworth Town to Waterloo taking 15 minutes plus the exciting option of a river bus to Blackfriars."

Perhaps I should start a property consultancy.
    Hard Brexit now!

    FTFY.
You won't be alerting anyone to anything with a mouthful of mixed seeds.

Not sure what your point is? Are you saying I don't live in Wandsworth or that I don't own a property there?

What the heck is a "chichi boutique"?

Is that where you take your poodles to be manicured, Sas?

You can't get less metrosexual than the bankers and city folk who populate the area. The chi-chi boutiques are for the bankers wives.
I have to say its a very pleasant area indeed.

When they said Wandsworth is the perfect place for a banker Sas, I think you misheard them.
