    Currently interviewing a Bob

I'm on the panel interview a Bob. He certainly knows his stuff, and can talk!
I suspect his accent will be a problem as this is a customer facing role.

I like him and can understand him perfectly if I aurally "squint".

Be a pity if he doesn't get it.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.

    Why?
Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.

One of the other panel skyped me saying they could not understand him.

Could be a crackly skype connection, but then again he can hear me ok.
Could be he is a bit Mutton, but then again he can hear me ok.
Could be he has a problem understanding accents.
Could be something more sinister with regard to accents.

                Who knows

I really want to type another 'why?'. I will be adult though.

                  Fight his corner I say.

I was in a place that interviewed a Bob over conference call, after 10 minutes of the "right we do this, we work with this, we want you to work on this" chat you get at the start of the interview he starts going "hello, hello, are you there".

I hope it is video as well. I have worked with a few companies that rotate the questions for each offshore bob interview as it is always assumed they have back up in the room and someone taking notes of the questions.
