        I can see how that would be the straw to break the camels back.

        Sounds like a great idea though - there don't seem to be enough PM's in the market place.
        Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

              Can't you make sure your replies are in HTML format, preferably with huge attached files? Might discourage him/her a bit.

                  Just delete, ignore and deny ever having received any emails sent from his/her Blackberry. They'll soon lose confidence in it.
