One broccoli, one carrot, one onion. Chop the lot. Bung them in a saucepan with half a litre of water and an oxo. Boil for 5 minutes.

Bung the lot in a blender. What have you got?

A fantastic soup. Tastes great. Presumably healthy.

Total preparation time = 10 minutes.

Of course, I had a bread roll with it. Followed by some dark chocolate. And then a big w*nk.

Add a potato in to thicken it slightly. Not raw obviously. Or green.

No. Oxo has too much salt.
