    Ouch

After a weekend of fairly heavy drinking the roids are playing up this morning.

Has anyone had "band ligation"? How much does it hurt? If it's less than the current sensation of tulipting broken bottles I might actually go to the doctors.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

All I know is my mum couldn't sit down for a while.

And she blamed it all on having me.

Anyway as a bloke go to the doctors and get it confirmed that it's 'roids. I know someone and met a few other blokes who thought it was and it was cancer. (They are alive apart from one.)

Huh? How can heavy drinking give you farmers?

Unless you were gulping down gallons of filter coffee?

I do a big dump after a heavy drinking session. No coffee involved. No force either.

At least you can smell them. I even try and leave the bathroom.

              doodab,

go the quacks but also start by increasing your fibre content. This should soften things up so it doesn't hurt. You might just need some anti-inflammatory bullets coupled with some lactulose (sp?)

Shredded wheat bitesize for breakfast with cup of coffee with 2 spoons of benefiber

              should start you going easier.

It seems to aggravate them. Something to do with having 20 tulips in 2 hours I suspect.

I've heard 'band ligation' doesn't always work and can result in you not being able to control your bowels as effectively as before.

But if you eat roughage for a few weeks they just clear up.

Just need to change your diet, eat lots of fruit.

...oh and don't push so hard, drink plenty of water let it "ferment" for a while, or take some constipation tablets.
