Got a full on Irish menu in the best works canteen in the UK today - just a shame that the guiness has to go into the stew, but we have home-made soda bread!

Even got Irish Apple Tart for the pud. Going to be needing that gym tonight!

I've got the Guinness in, so I may attempt sausage and potato coddle tonight, with some home made soda bread. Mmmm....

Although I claim to be Irish, I have never tasted Guinness

            It's very similar to stout.

(I suppose next you'll be saying you've never tried that either.)

No doubt you will find me in a hostelry somewhere in the square mile this lunchtime drinking guiness with shamrocks painted in the foam and pretending I really want Ireland to win this Saturday.
