Why do MS give me US date and time when I have already given them my time zone, time and date, and keyboard preferences?
is just so wrong.
They have after all asked already what my time zone is.
And why? Oh why? Pacific time?
Dumfounded Purely because most IT folks, whichever part of the world they are in understand what GMT or UTC is.
