Reduced Corporation Tax For Us, Or Not?

Does anybody know if the Corporation tax rate cut applies to the Small profits rate as well as the main rate?

I was quite happy earlier when hearing about the 2% cut, but now I'm not so sure...

1% cut into small companies rate to take it down to 20% - 2% refers to accelerated cuts to main rate for big companies, at best they'll get 23% so be grateful you only pay 20%.
