You have to pay to become an expert sex change user now and they don't want people cheating by looking at the Google cache. I suspect.

If you read the PDF, they are claiming that the Vietnamese site nicked not only their questions and answers via a direct "copy and paste job", but their titles, tags and categories system, mostly verbatim.

I got that bit - but what's the Google connection? Presumably Experts Exchange are saying it's Google's fault because the Vietnamese geezer got the content from Google?

As to paying for Experts Exchange - I have always found the answer at the bottom of the thread - even when there's a box saying I need to subscribe.

It's great isn't it? I like to think of it as the "scrolling attack". This vulnerability also gives you a fair idea of the quality of answers found on the site.

ExpertSexchange's business model is pretty much screwed now anyway as Stack Overflow and related sites have vastly superior content, all free

StackOverflow also wins hands down for subtle comments bitchiness.
