Methamphetamine users seem to really suffer. The deterioration in some of those people in just a few months is always quite startling.

True. I had no idea drug use caused sqinting of the left eye, a bad hair day and drawn on eyebrows, too.

The biggest problems of using drugs seems to be acne, and tooth decay. Some of them though would look a lot better after a hot bath, a nice plate of egg and chips, and a cold glass of beer.
