If my mobile company gives me an upgrade phone worth about £300, what's to stop me selling it on ebay? Do they still own it even though they've "given" it to me? Or do I own it?

On them! On them! They fail! -
Don't know about the ownership bit but a lot of people do this - they upgrade and sell the upgraded phone and keep on using their old phone.Comment

One thing you should be aware of lots of new mobiles are now locked to the network it's on. So if you sell it on ebay make sure you put what network it's locked to. (Off course you can pay for it to be unlocked in lots of cases.....)"You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment
