    Rules in outlook

If you have multiple accounts/inboxes in outlook (exchange server), how can you set up a rule to ensure that you recieve some form of notification when the accounts that you are not logged in via recieve email?

    TIA.

It should be possible to be logged into all the accounts at the same time.

I currently have a personal mail box and mailboxes for 3 other shared accounts in my outlook, all logged in and giving the usual notification of mail arriving (pop up box in the bottom corner of the screen, mail box highlighted in bold black when it has unread mail in it.)

Otherwise have a rule set up on the accounts you are not logged into to send a mail to the one you are logged into everytime mail arrives.
