Open dated contract

Hi all,
I just received an offer from a reputed company. They have offered me an open dated contract, which has a start date, but does not have an end date. It is more like a service company, so they will keep finding me new projects, to work on. Does this kind of contract means permie role for IR35?

An open ended contract for ongoing services is certainly more at risk, but it depends on the other factors. If you can show a proper right of substitution, full control or total lack of MOO (mutuality of obligation) then it could still fall outside.

I'd suggest getting the contract reviewed by a specialist.
