Don't laugh, there's money to be made in Wandsworth.

Just let the general public use your loo and the council will pay you.

This time next year he could be oh... £600 better off!

What about a calling it an ecoshed?

I did have to get planning permission.
The council wanted assurances that I wasn't going to rent it out since it is a fully plumbed in modern structure that could be rented out as a self contained flat

Anyway best £50K I ever spent, have large plasma, home office, gym equipment and a bar. Has a shower and loo.
Highly recommended for all you well-to-do contractors
