I worked at the Porsche development and test facility for a few months and my office (actually I was in the cellar in a junk room but it was very close to all the hardware) was about 150m from their test track. All summer long all I could hear was high powered sports cars squealing around the track at high speeds, with the occasional 'crash.' The problem I had though was I couldn't see much as the only window was about 2 meters above my head which necessitated piling up boxes to peer out.
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

From 3 floors up it should be quite spectacular.
Meat should be nicely tenderised too.

Wait till they all feck off home, then nip down with a bag of sugar. That should keep them occupied, and quiet, for the forseeable future
