Just did mine, I'm 75. Is that good? I've had a couple of whiskies, though.
    Hard Brexit now!

      52. Best it's ever been - getting paranoid about my fitness as I'm 40 next month. I've been doing 3 miles uphill mountain biking a day to my current contract and flipping tractor tyres in my weekly strength and conditioning class.

The typical healthy resting heart rate in adults is 60–80 bpm so you are ok.

Very good, anything below 60 is considered athletic, wonder if it possible to get it down to 10 or 5 or 1 even. or 0

I've just had a bottle of whisky though.

Well done, for being able to maintain your typing, if I had consumed a bottle I would be in hospital.

That would give me a resting heart rate of 0.

The bottle of wine ibhad first has taken the edge off.

                  But now off to bed.
