Is it just me or have CUK replaced the server with a gricer managed diesel one.

Or is bensey looking for an early finish by running the backups during the day.

    It's painfully slow today.

It was ads.contractoruk.com which was not responding and holding up the entire forum.

I blocked that weeks ago and not seen any slow down since.

I'm incredibly lazy and the fact that the ads.contractoruk.com url was slowing the site down enough to make me do something about it shows just how bad it was!

Server hosts had main switch fall over by looks of it. Sounds like some of us could see the sites and some couldn't.

That explains why I saw a speedup. Less competition from other users for the resources available.
