There's nothing to stop you taking a day off, there should be a clause in your contract to allow for emergency gaps in service provision

I heard talk of new drugs on the Market , they can make pain go away. Google ibuprofen.

Cocodamol or something? I was on those and they made me go whoosy, I love it!

And, I want some Dinnerfords Gripewater, I loved the smell and taste, do they still sell it?

You should get to the doctor. Aside from the obvious back related ailments this could be due to a swollen liver caused by heavy drinking.

Of course, it might just be a trapped fart.

Woodwards gripe water, you can get it in Boots - Woodwards Gripe Water - 150ml - Boots

Alcohol free now but still does the trick.
