I'm going the other way, back to contracting - yip-fukn-ee!!
Well, I hid it slightly cos it might give away current permieco but basically I/we had to read endless bollocks about bollocks about a call logging system that sounds like arse and cos you did that and did a mahoosive online test at the end that took your whole day.
Of course nobody helped you with when u shouted the questions out to those who'd done it already, so it's bollocks anyway.
At the end I got a 'team driving licence' cos I passed and was therefore part of a 'team'.
Uber-bollocks or what? 91.66667% I got - woot, beat that VectraMan!

I've had to do a DSE assessment as a contractor and so did all the other contractors on site.
Client co didn't want to be sued for giving us tulip desks and chairs as we weren't allowed to bring our own office furniture in.
