Seems like they're breeding on CUK. We need to stop this. Standards are falling.

I suggest the criteria for posting should be:-

Must be a contractor or successful permie who used to contract. (no pretend contractors)
No longterm benchers (successful types only)
Must have at least one degree. (no thickies)
Must own at least one house. (home owners only)
Must be detached. No semis or terraced unless BTLs. Deffo no bungalows. 5 acres or more land preferable or high end city real estate.
At least two cars.
Must have warchest of 50k plus.
Must not live in Luton.
