        Been watching too much Lethal Weapon methinks.

        But good on him, saved all that extra tax payers expense. Maybe we could learn a lesson from this sort of efficient public sector cutting action.

            Great if we could be sure of heaven or reincarnation, we could just kill everyone who was a bit of a nuisance and not have a conscience about it. Some old lady taking an age to cross the road, just accelerate, she'll love her next life as a snail.
