A gang of youths who robbed Gloucester schoolchildren has been sentenced .... The five wore ski masks and used metal bars, knives, machetes and a pistol ....All five also had previous convictions for robbery.
    ...
Passing sentence, Judge Tabor said: "You deliberately chose your victims for their youth and inability to defend themselves - it was utterly cowardly. You armed yourselves to the teeth with knives, machetes and a firearm. You traumatised your victims and showed them no mercy and you can expect no mercy in return."
    ...
Dean Regan-McGuinness, 20, of Stow Close, Gloucester - three years and six months in a young offenders institute.
