    Jasmine Tea

Packed in the coffee at work. Not for the caffeine but to cut out the sugar. 8 cups a day with a heaped teaspoon of sugar in it soon adds up.

Started drinking Jasmine Tea instead, the same stuff you get in chinese resteraunts. Odd thing is I really like it without the sugar, but hate regular tea or coffee without.

Jasmine tea is nice, also green tea. I like a nice cup of camomile as well.

It's good to cut out the milk as well, there are quite a few calories in a cappuccino with full fat milk.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

I got a taste for Lemon Balm tea in Portugal (Cidrera I think it's called there), I get through plenty of standard tea here, but it's a nice alternative.

Partial to a lemon tea myself. Green tea is better though.

Exactly. Served in a chipped mug, slammed on to the table of a dirty caff in a town on an island in Scotland by a chain smoking, bad tempered Scotsman.

                    Nectar.
