    Working abroad

Maybe a stupid question but when working LTD company, if you leave the UK for a full tax year and become non-resident and contract abroad, can you not just get a NT tax code, pay all your income out as salary and therefore pay no corporation tax or tax under PAYE. (Ignoring any tax rules that my apply in the county you are now in).

So basically earning everything tax free in the UK? Income will be paid by a foreign company into the UK company bank account.

What about the tax where you are personally resident?

It's called a dual tax agreement.

All it means is that if you pay tax in a foreign country that the UK has an agreement with (which is likely to be higher than in the UK), you will be credited for the tax you have paid in the UK.

Plus as different countries have different ways of employing contractors you may not be using a company at all and even if you are it would make no sense moving your personal money to your limited company.
