I know someone who was threatened with arrest under the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 if they didn't immediately stop what they were doing.

Want to guess what they were doing?

Collecting signatures on a petition about plans to demolish some lovely old buildings.

I mean, WTF is going on?
