Mrs scooter and I are exhausted and then some while at the same time overjoyed with our new daughter. The care we received was excellent, 2 doctors and 2 midwives just for us alone, they were all fantastic.

Oh dear, there appears to be a problem.

I reckon all newborn babies are ugly.

Yours isn't.

Was it born in Germany - is that why? Do you get a better qualität von baby auf Deutschland?

Don't be silly! With summer approaching, she'll want to take the little one out in the garden, so she might as well tend to the vegetable patch while she's out there:

+1. A little miracle. Funnily enough, when YG2 was born 2 months ago, YG1, who is 2, sang her Happy Birthday because she was zero today.

I've often thought that men who call other men "son" are trying to subvert their latent desires by reclassifying the object of their affection as something sexually taboo.

I'm not, but I had to google your peculiar colloquialism and it turns out to be Australian, which you probably picked up off the telly (Home and Away I'm guessing) making it far more pretentious than a few words of German exchanged between two people who actually live there.

Just saying like :wink

This whole site is crawling with repressed screaming queens. It's the ones who get nasty about it who are the obvious ones.

My son, around the age of 2, managed to feed several £20 notes into the shredder. Luckily I stopped him before he got to the cards.

If you'd got a shredder costing £20 less, it wouldn't have had a safety guard, and you would have only lost one note. Bargain.

If I had bought the girlfriend a £20 hearing aid she would have heard me when I told her to turn it off at the ******* wall.
