Who can crack this simple encryption?

Below is some text I've encrypted using some noddy encryption tools.

Who here can decrypt what it says?

    rnglZay bpxPay h37r3f0ay

Lots of +ve rep for anyone who can crack it.

Or alternatively, you can just ignore this bollox and do something else instead if you like.

I'm guessing it's some sort of rotation or vigenere cipher but I'm not sure where the extra "ay"s come from.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Yes, they are added after the encryption though.

Anyway, I am 99% sure it's "meaty cock burgers".

It was a ROT-13 followed by a leet encyption then the letters were reversed.

              Have some rep.
