Anyone here looking for a 16% return on their cash, no risk, dead cert?

Express.co.uk - Home of the Daily and Sunday Express | UK News :: House prices to soar by 16%

HOUSE prices are set to rise by £30,000 as the spiral of “boom and bust” ends and the market returns to growth from next year, leading experts claim today.

Economists predict the cost of the average home will gradually rise 16 per cent to take prices above 2007’s high.

And, in a further boost, mortgage lending will also double as Britain’s finances continue to improve over the next four years. Experts from the respected Centre for *Economics and Business Research think-tank predict a return to a sustainable housing market as the high street banks loosen the purse strings to help more people on to the housing ladder.

    No more bust!

    BOOM only!

    BOOMED!

    Fill yer boots Atw!

It's a hoax article on the Express.

It makes no mention of immigrants or Princess Di.

              Can't be real.

Each company who has a vested interested in houses commisions a survey, they send the results to the newspapers and as you say some lazy journalist writes a story and publishes it. They never seam to question the survey or the results.
                  Fiscal nomad it's legal.

hmmmm, you're new here aren't you.

Toilets are down the hall on the left and the new guy buys the cakes lunchtime.

                    It's the CUK way.

Or if you'd like, we could all pop round after work for a bit of a bash at yours.

                    Got any twiglets?
