    Too many power cuts here

Rural living has its advantages but too many power cuts. Can anybody recommend a decent UPS that'll keep at least four machines plus a router running for at least a few minutes?

ClientCo have offered to pay since I work from home.

Sounds like you might need at least 1000VA UPS, you need to measure your actual power usage first to be sure but 1500 VA might be enough to give you enough juice to feed your CUK posting habit.

IR35 has never been an issue.

Why not put a wind farm in your spare couple of acres?
What happens in General, stays in General.
You know what they say about assumptions!
