    Contract to Permie details

    Hi I am going into a new Permie role in a new company. What shud i be giving to the hr since i dont have a p45 from my last role as it was a contract one. Any other legalities to be done from my side.

          The HR department of your new permanent employer are the best people to sort out your previous life as a contractor, especially if you had a Ltd. company. Ask them.
          Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

            Contract or not you should have a P45 either from your accountant or your brolly. Unless, of course you just spent all the earnings.....
