    Tomorrow's strikes

Anyone planning on signing on or doing their driving test tomorrow?

Personally I can "expect delays" as UK borders agencies will be taking the day off too.

Anyone here going to be royally shafted by this strike?

Nah, can't be. Otherwise I'd have the mentality of an eight year old.

Back on topic the mash have it covered here

Traveller Tom Logan, who was obviously going to turn up at Gatwick 42 hours early anyway because he has been there before, mumbled into his £3.75 cup of brown: "Fcking pensions… won't need a fcking pension when they're all locked up in my dungeon of unbearable fcking pain.

"Electrodes… starving rats… oh look, here come the hot pins…"

"How you liking me now, Mr Pension?"

On the contrary, I'll have a much quieter day in the office.

I had some 20 year old try and push socialist worker on me the other day, probably his first job.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

Should save a fortune in salary if enough bail out and lets face it the impact is going to be laughably small.

Would anyone notice that there is a strike going on ?

I am amazed at how quickly the public sector resort to strikes.

It is because they can and ultimately they do not take responsibility if they fail to deliver services. If Tesco staff went on strike everyone would shop somewhere else.
