Actually I am just pissed off at spending 3 hours power washing in the garden and I will probably get my balls busted tonight for farting in another room.

Why don't you pay for a gardener? Unless you live in Blenheim Palace etc. I can't see it costing you much.
You could sell it to the missus on the 'getting an expert plantsman in' angle.

My wife insists on hiring a gardener and a pool cleaner, problem is we live on the 3rd floor so not sure what they do for their money.

As explained by a colleague many years ago:

The first time the missus asks you to do a bit of gardening, make sure you leave weeds intact and rip all the flowers out. Also leave mudtrails into the house.

Actualy I am not frugal at all but 10 hours gardening is forgotten when the "I had to pick your trainers up, they were at the front door again!!" womeny type rants start.
