      If he's got cash to waste on a stupid plate like that then he should certainly challenge the action.

      Even if it was spelt correctly, it was ruled by 3 magistrates not to be obscene.

            I think Pen 1s is ok, because it's in scrabble, therefore its an ok word. But Bolllux is a rude made up word that never appears in scrabble, so its banned

              Years ago there was M1 NGE in Manchester and I believe it has been spotted in London. (True)

              Unfortuantely the only thing seen in Manchester now is F4 TYS and B14 TCH's(not quite true but I thought it was a clever play.. am bored ok!!)
