    hi guys, a quick question.is a foreign company registered in Dubai allowed to interview and recruit in London?

    Having worked for a company registered in Jersey before they had to interview in Jersey for tax reasons.

    Yes legal. Jersey is just worried that loads of work will go to people that fly in and **** off at the weekends.
