Hi guys

I resigned recently from my permanent position and I will start looking for a contracting job (IT/.NET) as soon as I come back from holidays.

I want to operate as a limited company and I want to get an accountant to sort all the legalities/taxes/etc.

Can you recommend a good company/accountant, that will set the company up and manage everything? I don't really know what will have to be managed, so I'd like to get a company/chartered accountant which basically offers everything I will need...

I've read in this forum about Nixon Williams and Stillwell Gray. Are they the best? I basically need someone that I will send the info they request and they will sort everything, and ideally help me open a business bank account...

Thanks for your help!

Carlos

This is the welcome thread. You will get more answers in the Accounts thread. There is exactly the same question from another poster in there at the moment and one at the bottom of page in Business section as well.
