New into the contracting world...

Hi guys

I resigned recently from my permanent position and I will start looking for a contracting job (IT/.NET) as soon as I come back from holidays.

I want to operate as a limited company and I want to get an accountant to sort all the legalities/taxes/etc.

Can you recommend a good company/accountant, that will set the company up and manage everything? I don't really know what will have to be managed, so I'd like to get a company/chartered accountant which basically offers everything I will need...

I've read in this forum about Nixon Williams and Stillwell Gray. Are they the best? I basically need someone that I will send the info they request and they will sort everything, and ideally help me open a business bank account...
